KETTLEBELL EXPRESS AND POWER HOUR: Both classes are mixture of skills building and high intensity circuit training, making for both a fun and challenging experience. This is a 45 minute class that will give fast results for strength, endurance, and muscle toning, by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. The intensity of the class can be modified allowing beginners and those experienced to participate in the same class. Power Hour is 1 hour, instead of 45 minutes, ending with abdominal exercise.

In this alignment-based class, you will develop balance, strength, and flexibility in the body while using breath connection to energize and ease your mind.
